We answer by email only; there is no phone line. We will never ask you for a card number or a password by email.

How we can help

• A figure has changed? Tell us which video or page, and send the link to the official page if you can. We will check it and correct it.
• A free download link doesn't work? Free download links work for 7 days. You can get a new one on the page where you asked for it, The Italy Visa Checklist, or write to us.
• No more emails? Click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email from us and press the button on the page that opens: the emails stop right away. You can also write to us, and we will take you off our list within 10 business days, usually much sooner.

Your information

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, write to [email protected], if you can from the email address you signed up with, so that we can check the request comes from you. We reply within 30 days. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.

What we can't do

We can't give advice about your own situation: legal, tax, financial, health or immigration. For that, please contact the consulate that handles your case or a qualified professional.
